MS-Word provides the Autocorrect feature for automatically correcting the common typing and spelling mistakes.
Steps to add the Autocorrect entry are:
o From the Tools menu, choose AutoCorrect.
o In the Replace box, type the misspellings that are commonly made.
o In the with box, type of correct spelling of the word.
o Click the Add button, Similarly, if user doesn’t want to use one of the items in the list, he/she can select it and click Delete to remove the item from the list.
o Click OK.
