Steps To Create Auto Text Entry


Select a graphic or text to be included in the AutoText entry.

Select the Auto Text from the Insert menu, the Auto Text dialog box is displayed.

Type a short name in the Name box, click Add.
 
Type the Short name.

Highlight short name and pick Auto Text from Insert menu.

Choose the Auto Text name and click Insert.

The text is inserted in place of the selected Auto Text name.
