Format Painter In Microsoft Word
A handy feature for formatting text is the Format Painter located on the standard toolbar.
It enables to copy the font or paragraph formatting of selected text and apply it to other text.
This can save time and effort when applying the same formatting in multiple places throughout a document.
To Copy the formatting, do the following:
Select the text with the following you want to copy.
Copy the format of the text selected by clicking the Format Painter button on the Clipboard Group of the Home Tab.
Apply the copied format by selecting the text and clicking on it.
